Join Barack Ferrazzano's Litigation Group partner Joshua W. Mahoney at The Chicago Bar Association's (CBA) Keys to an Effective Federal Civil Practice seminar on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. Joshua, CBA Federal Civil Practice Committee Chair, will serve as a moderator for the program which will focus on two topics near and dear to every litigator: advocacy to the court and settlement strategy. Two panels of current and former judges will share their experienced insights. One panel will address methods of becoming more persuasive in written and oral advocacy and the other panel will address ways to improve the effectiveness of settlement conferences.
