On Friday, March 25th, BFKN Luxury Group attorneys Maile Hitomi Solís and Kait E. Kelly will be speaking at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law’s Seventh Annual Fashion Law Symposium. Their panel, Fashion Collaborations and Influencers, will discuss the legal issues surrounding collaborations between fashion brands and celebrities & influencers, including in the contractual, intellectual property and copyright space.
This symposium will take place virtually from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The program is approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 3 Substantive and 1 Ethics Distance CLE credits. Please note registration prior to the event is required. Attendees will receive an email from Eventbrite with the Zoom link to join the symposium on the day of the event.

Maile is a partner in the firm’s Litigation; Luxury; and Motor Vehicle Groups. Maile has two decades of experience in complex commercial litigation, litigating matters involving fiduciary duty, data privacy, breach of contract, insurance coverage, real estate, and employment discrimination disputes throughout the country.
As an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities and Luxury Groups, Kait’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and other strategic transactions. She has experience representing both public and private companies on complex business matters.
