Offered since 1998, this intensive 2 ½-day program familiarizes participants with the fundamentals of bank regulatory law, focusing on the critical policies, concepts, and legal developments that have shaped the banking industry—from the 1863 National Bank Act to today.

Replicating the experience of a law school class, the program offers a comprehensive and interactive overview taught by a distinguished faculty of seasoned practitioners, former regulators, and legal scholars. Participants can earn up to 16 hours of CLE credit, including ethics hours.
