Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce Emily L. Gesmundo has joined the Firm in its Litigation Group. Emily concentrates her practice on a variety of product liability matters. She has litigated matters involving toxic torts, consumer products and commercial products. Emily also works with clients to ensure they are in compliance with government regulations.
Since January 2015, Emily is the fourth attorney to join the Firm's Litigation Group, joining Nicholas H. Callahan, Joshua W. Mahoney and Katherine A. Neville; six talented litigators - Sharon E. Calhoun, Daniel R. Fine, Alison R. Leff, Andrew E. Nieland, Brandon C. Prosansky and Matthew F. Singer - have been promoted to partner.

Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Emily was a litigation associate with a Schiff Hardin LLP where she drafted motions and oppositions to motions, as well as participated in many stages of litigation including fact discovery, expert discovery and attending site-inspections.
