Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce Matthew A. Bills has joined the Firm as a partner in its Litigation Group. Matt brings significant experience involving litigation matters to the Group, such as breach of contract, fraud, class actions, post-closing disputes, non-competes, and insurance coverage. He also regularly advises clients in internal investigations, and corporate compliance and ethics issues. He is often consulted on electronic discovery issues and is a member of the Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot Program Committee.

Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Matt was a partner at an international firm handling complex commercial litigation.
