Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce four of our attorneys have become partners in the Firm.
Dan Fine is a commercial litigator. His work includes counseling clients on and litigating matters involving intellectual property, securities laws, distribution networks, and telecommunications, as well as breach of contract and tort. Dan also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on immigration law.
Alison R. Leff practices commercial litigation involving director and officer defense, unfair business practices, and other business disputes. She also represents a number of banks and bank officers in lawsuits involving breach of fiduciary duty, ERISA issues, and securities laws. Alison is co-chair of the Firm's Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice. She has been appointed 2016 Co-Chair of the LAF Young Professionals Board.
Andrew E. Nieland represents motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors in disputes with dealers involving contract rights and obligations, state franchising regulations and federal civil rights law. He also represents clients in copyright infringement actions and other intellectual property matters, securities fraud actions, and consumer fraud class actions.
Matthew F. Singer focuses on resolving complex commercial disputes and litigation, as well as defending against product liability and mass tort claims. His clients include large public and private manufacturing companies, motor vehicle manufacturers, partnerships and financial institutions. He has a great deal of experience in the effective use of various forms of alternative dispute resolution. Since 2014, Matt has been recognized as an Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
