Overview
Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to welcome Allison N. Powers to the Firm as a partner in our Compensation & Employment and Litigation Groups. Allison, who joins from Morgan Lewis, meaningfully expands the Firm’s labor and employment litigation and counseling offerings and its abilities to advise clients on existing and novel global workplace issues that have emerged in the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
In addition to COVID-related and other employment counseling, Allison will continue her national litigation practice handling complex and routine discrimination and harassment claims and her workplace investigations practice involving executives and employees at all levels.
"With her well-rounded skill set and versatility gained from representing and advising clients across the Fortune 500 on major workplace issues for the past decade-plus, Allison nicely complements our existing bench of litigators and counselors representing and advising clients on a wide range of topics, including in all aspects of executive compensation, employee benefits, and employment dispute resolution,” said Lynne D. Mapes-Riordan, co-chair of the Firm's Compensation & Employment Group and our Women's Committee. “Allison’s timely addition bolsters our ability to help the Firm’s clients to meet critical workforce needs and to manage business risks in the era of COVID."
“Barack Ferrazzano has branded itself by its ability to combine sophisticated legal counsel with a customized client experience, and it is known for providing top-notch client service and value that exceeds its footprint,” said Allison. “I look forward to collaborating with colleagues across the Firm’s practice groups to deliver excellent and efficient services that are responsive to our clients’ needs.”
