Daniel L. Dominguez has been named the new chair of Barack Ferrazzano's Corporate & Securities Group. With over 20 years of experience Dan has the distinction, under the guidance of name partner Peter Barack, of leading the team responsible as principal U.S. counsel for the iconic luxury goods and services conglomerate, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton.

Recently, Dan has served as lead counsel on several corporate transactions, including representing the owners of The Planet Group in their recent transaction with MidOcean Partners, LVMH’s separate acquisition of Woodinville Whiskey Company LLC and investment into the iconic Colgin wine brand and the creation of the acclaimed beauty brand Fenty Beauty by Rihanna. Dan also continues to regularly negotiate celebrity endorsement agreements on behalf of firm clients with talent such as Jennifer Lawrence, Alicia Vikander, Natalie Portman and Michelle Williams. He is a regular speaker on the subject of luxury law and serves on a number of Firm committees, including the Strategic Planning, Diversity, Recruiting and Pro Bono Committees. Dan teaches as an adjunct professor at the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, which he has done since 2014.
