Overview
Elizabeth concentrates on complex real estate transactions, encompassing all aspects of the acquisition, development and disposition of large land, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
She has worked on transactions involving office buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings, and large residential developments and disclosure under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act.
Elizabeth’s prior experience also includes the formation of tax increment financing districts and real estate taxation and commercial property tax appeals in several states. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Elizabeth also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and is an active member of the Wisconsin Bar Association.
