Overview
Euna offers clients guidance on a broad spectrum of complex commercial real estate and related transactions. She works diligently and efficiently with clients to pinpoint, discuss, and address material business and legal issues, all with the objective of achieving the clients' specific goals.
Euna’s practice includes representing a wide range of clients in complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, secured and unsecured financing, restructuring, and joint ventures. She has significant experience in the hospitality industry, representing clients on full-service, limited-service, franchised, and brand-managed hotel transactions.
Prior to joining BFKN, Euna was a real estate associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where she represented and advised clients in a variety of complex real estate and finance transactions involving hotels, data centers, industrial properties, medical offices, and mixed-use properties. During law school, Euna worked as a student attorney for the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, which provides free legal representation for clients in their disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
