Kelly concentrates on complex commercial real estate transactions.
Her experience includes assisting attorneys with acquisitions, sales, and financing transactions involving commercial and industrial real estate. She specializes in the review and analysis of contracts, title documents, surveys, and other due diligence materials and the preparation of closing documents. She has worked at both large and small firms in Chicago and New York. Kelly earned her BBA, cum laude, from Baruch College (CUNY) and her Paralegal Certificate from Adelphi University.
