- New Off-Road Vehicle LaunchAdvised client in connection with the launch of a new line of off-road vehicles for U.S. distribution, including providing regulatory guidance and counseling, and assistance with manufacturer licensing.
- Porsche Cars N. Am., Inc. v. Copans Motors Inc.Represented Porsche in an appeal to the Florida Appellate Division. The Court issued its decision in Porsche’s favor, reversing the administrative agency decisions and remanding with instructions that the case be dismissed.
- National Dealer Improvement/Cure ProgramDeveloped, implemented, and oversaw a nationwide dealer performance improvement and “cure” program for a manufacturer with a network of more than 2,400 U.S. dealers to address under-performing dealers.
- Audi of America, Inc. v. Bronsberg & Hughes Pontiac LLCLead Counsel for Audi and Volkswagen in their long-running case against two motor vehicle dealer groups who sought to avoid Audi and VW’s respective rights of first refusal over dealership and real estate assets in a multi-dealership buy-sell transaction. The case was appealed three times and our clients prevailed in all three appeals.
